Our team works closely with your chosen fertility clinic to coordinate the egg donor process, support your donor and help make your donor egg IVF journey as straightforward as possible.
We currently work with fertility clinics in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, Johannesburg and Pretoria, Durban and Umhlanga, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Bloemfontein and Mbombela (Nelspruit), as well as Windhoek in Namibia.

Sperm Bank Options in South Africa
Nurture is an egg donor programme and does not operate a sperm bank. If donor sperm is also required as part of your fertility treatment, there are a number of established sperm banks in South Africa.
Your fertility specialist or IVF laboratory should confirm which sperm banks they work with and any requirements relating to the selection, testing, transport or storage of donor sperm.
Choosing a Fertility Clinic in South Africa
There is no single fertility clinic that is right for every patient. Your choice will depend on factors such as your medical history, where you live, the fertility specialist you would like to work with, the treatment you require, costs and the clinic's approach to patient care.
If you are planning to use donor eggs, it is also important to consider the clinic's experience with donor egg IVF and any clinic-specific requirements that may apply to your donor.
Where possible, we recommend deciding which fertility clinic you would like to use before selecting your egg donor. The location of your clinic can affect which donors are available to you and whether additional travel arrangements and costs will be required if your chosen donor lives in another city.
